Girls! Girls? Girls. in Brooklyn, NY

Marjuan Canady visited an English Language Arts class at Erasmus High School in Brooklyn, New York. She performed excerpts of her one woman play, “Girls! Girls? Girls.” for Brooklyn High Schoolers while leading them in a talkback discussing issues in pop culture, media and pertinent issues in their lives. Canady also led a writing workshop with students as they were able to write and share their own satirical monologues with their fellow classmates. This visit was sponsored by The Theatre Development Fund.
